As the son of a successful Realtor, Daniel comes by his passion for real estate honestly. Raised on Vancouver’s east side, he observed his father working with clients, learning from him the importance of warm customer service, and the value of checklists to stay apace of a demanding schedule. Inspired to help his father meet the challenges of an ever-growing clientele, Daniel made the leap into real estate. He has never looked back. He’d always loved the vibrancy of Vancouver, and working with his father gave him a whole new appreciation for this green, dynamic city, a stone’s throw away from the wilderness of mountains, forest, and sea. The career gave Daniel a whole new perspective on the appeal of making Vancouver home.
Since becoming a Realtor, Daniel has established himself as a leader in the profession. In the past few years, he has received numerous awards from RE/MAX. He has worked alongside leading figures in the industry, drawing inspiration from their success. He has ranked in the top 2% of Realtors in Greater Vancouver. His background in construction and his experience as an electrician add to his expertise. He is tech-savvy and up-to-date on the real estate market and trends, as well as rezoning laws and changes to city policies. Just as important, Daniel has a well-deserved reputation for honesty. He tells his clients the truth, even if it means encouraging them to walk away from a deal. He deeply respects the idea that buying, selling, and investing in real estate represents a new chapter in a person’s life. He knows that every client comes with a different story, and his first priority is to help make sure the story ends happily.
Whether he’s spending time at his cabin on Pitt Lake, or hiking and camping in remote areas of northern BC, Daniel is an outdoor enthusiast who also loves fine dining, drinking local coffee, and enjoying time with his growing family. In fact, Daniel is delighted to announce that he recently became engaged to his business partner, Rachel Sadri. Together, Daniel and Rachel look forward to building long-lasting relationships with their clients, helping Vancouverites to strengthen their own roots in this beautiful city.”
As REALTORS® we all strive for different goals and achievements, mine is to make a stressful process easier for you and to ensure you end the deal with a smile on your face. My past clients found me to be patient, understanding and easily approachable every step of the way even after the sale has completed. I take great pride in providing exceptional service and at the same time making sure all your Real Estate Needs are met. I have worked with all types of Sellers and Buyers, have a great understanding of the market, and I know how to provide the best service to meet the different needs that each client has. I was born and raised in Vancouver and now happily nestled in Burnaby. I pride myself in my restaurant and dessert place choices and often drink too much coffee. So if we meet to chat about your real estate plans, I will likely meet you at one of my favourite spots in Vancouver!
I joined the ever growing real estate business back in 1989 and had as my goal, right from the start, to become a top selling REALTOR®. I have helped many people experience a smooth, stress free home selling or buying experience. I have achieved remarkable success as a REALTOR® and been fortunate to obtain Medallion Club status (Top 10%) for 20 years in a row and recently awarded the prestigious Medallion Club Lifetime Achievement award. RE/MAX has also given me many awards inc. President’s Club, Executive Club, 100% Club, Platinum Club, Hall of fame, and recently the coveted RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement award. Still, the best rewards are from the referrals I receive from my past clients! It is a constant reminder to me that I did a good job for them and that they trust me enough to refer their family and friends to me! I will be the first to admit there is more to life than being successful at selling real estate. I have always made it my goal to give back to the community. I have been involved in my local church, and have volunteered for many hours both as coach and floor scheduler for Burnaby Minor Lacrosse, New Westminster Girls Soccer and South Burnaby Metro Club. After high school, I left home to attend college in Saskatchewan. I received a Bachelor’s Degree there and after 4 years moved to Vancouver. In 1988, the housing market in Vancouver was booming so I decided to join that excitement. It was a great career choice for me, as I still enjoy my job 20+ years later.
